Forms and letters - research students

The forms on this page are intended for use by research students (MPhil/PhD/MD(Res)) only. If you are an undergraduate or taught postgraduate student you should use the forms available from the Academic Registry

Interruption of study - use this form if you wish to interrupt your studies (Word Document)

Withdrawal from College - use this form if you want to withdraw from the College (Word Document)

Transfer from MPhil to PhD - this form must be completed following the assessment for transfer from MPhil to PhD (For students registered before 1st September 2010) (Word Document)

Transfer to writing-up status - this form must be completed before you can transfer to writing-up status. (Word Document)

To request a CAS to extend your student visa you should use MySIS (https://mysis.qmul.ac.uk)

If you need a letter confirming your status (e.g. for Council Tax exemption) please contact the Research Degrees Office.
