The Alumni Extra card enables alumni to access our Mile End, Whitechapel and West Smithfield libraries for reference purposes only. This means that alumni can visit the libraries in person and read the books/study there, but they are not able to physically take books out of the library or access electronic resources such as the online library or online library resources such as databases and e-journals. Apply for an Alumni Extra Card online.

Once you have completed the online application, please remember to email a passport-style photo of yourself to alumni@qmul.ac.uk. Your Alumni Extra Card cannot be processed without a photo. 
 
Upon receipt of your payment and digital photograph, your Alumni Extra Card will be processed and posted out to you at the earliest opportunity. Please ensure you state your up-to-date postal address on your online application form. 

Please note, there is a £10 replacement charge if you lose your card.
