The Alumni Extra card enables you to continue your College Library membership (for reference purposes only) at our Mile End and Whitechapel campuses. If you would like to apply for the Alumni Extra card, you can either call into the Development and Alumni Directorate in Room E116 on the first floor of the Queens’ Building (between the hours of 2-4pm, Monday to Friday) where they will process your card there and then.
Alternatively, you can fill in an online form. Once you have completed the online form, please email the Alumni office with a passport-style photograph of yourself, your student id number and an up-to-date postal address at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once all of this have been received, the Alumni office will process your card and have it sent out to you.
Please note, there is a £10 replacement charge if you lose your card.
