If you have not met the requirements to pass an examination you will automatically be entered for the late summer resit examinations that will take place this year between the 5th - 16th August 2019.
If you do not wish to sit these examinations, for example if they do not impact your progression outcome, you can opt out by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in this email your student number and the module code/title(s) that you do not wish to sit.
Please be aware that there will be no other opportunity to re-take these examinations if you do choose to opt out. If you do not opt out and do not attend, a mark of zero will be recorded.
For those of you who need to pass your late summer resit exams in order to progress, please be aware that if you fail to progress and you have no more attempts your registration with Queen Mary University may be terminated as a result.
More information concerning re-sits/first sits including the number of attempts you are permitted to take for a module can be found in the Academic Regulations.
Receiving your late summer resit results
Non-finalists, and students who are not receiving an exit award, should expect to receive their results in mid-September.
