The Student Enquiry Centre will be open to in person visitors on Wednesdays only.
Under the new UK Government restrictions, travelling within the UK is not advised except under special circumstances. These special circumstances include provision for students. If you do not have access to adequate facilities to study, including access to IT facilities and the internet, you can travel to join us. However, we would not encourage students to travel to campus just to collect an ID card or for other queries that can be dealt with remotely.
The ID card collection that was scheduled to take place in the Great Hall 20 - 22 January has been cancelled. Whilst campus remains open, most courses are now being taught online until mid-February. If you are not based on campus or enrolled on an exempted course (please see Government guidance) you do not need an ID card to access online resources or to take online exams. Once the Government lockdown has been lifted we will update the information on this page regarding ID card collection. If you need a student ID card to access physical resources please email email@example.com
We are able to offer a number of our services remotely so if you do not need to come in person please submit your enquiry online (see 'Contact Us' below) and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
School & departmental contact details: Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many staff are currently working from home with offices on campus being closed. You can, however, still speak to staff and access services via email, Microsoft Teams and/or telephone during normal working hours. We have created some guidance on the best ways to contact Professional Services teams in Departments, Student Services, Schools and Institutes. Please use these contact details until further notice.
