How We Can Help

The Student Enquiry Centre is the front face of the Academic Registry and we are here to assist undergraduate and postgraduate taught students with all manner of enquiries encountered during your time with us.

Please feel free to come to us with any enquiries regarding Student Documents and ID Cards, Bursaries and Scholarships, your Examinations, Admissions queries and much more. We will do our best to help you to solve any enquiry you have and if we are unable to help ourselves, we will certainly be able to direct you to the team most qualified to give you the advice and support you need.

Monday 9am - 5pm
Tuesday    9am - 5pm
Wednesday 9am - 5pm
Thursday   10am - 5pm*
Friday   9am - 5pm


Please note, we do not open on the weekends.

* During the main and late summer resit exam periods we will open at 9am on Thursdays. The dates for main exam period can be found on the College's calendar and the late summer resit period can be found on our web pages.
