If you graduated July 2016 you will have to pay for any graduate documents that you request from 1st February 2017.
If you graduated November 2016 you will have to pay for any graduate documents that you request from 1st April 2017.
Please note that if you are studying a research degree, you should contact the Research Degrees Office for your official documentation.
If you need to confirm your award you can use this letter.
The award letter is on Queen Mary headed paper and contains the university stamp and seal and the following information:
- Name of student
- Intended award
- Programme of Study
- Mode of Study
- Date of Entry to Programme
- Date of Completion
- Qualification/Classification Awarded
- Date of Award
- Field of Study
- Awarding Body
Please be aware that you may need to pay for this letter.
You can either come to the Student Enquiry Centre in person, along with some form of ID such as a passport or drivers licence, and we will let you know if you need to make a payment or not and we will print the award letter for you there and then. Alternatively, you can request the letter via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
