- If you graduated July 2016 you will have to pay for any graduate documents that you request from 1 February 2017.
- If you graduated November 2016 you will have to pay for any graduate documents that you request from 1 April 2017.
Please note that if you are studying a research degree, you should contact the Research Degrees Office for your official documentation.
A graduate transcript confirms your final degree classification and lists the modules you studied and the marks obtained.
You can either come to the Student Enquiry Centre in person, along with some form of ID such as a passport or drivers licence, and we will let you know if you need to make a payment or not and we will print the graduate transcript for you there and then. Alternatively, you can request the graduate transcript via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
We cannot produce documents for the following programmes so please use the appropriate selection below to find out how you can request your graduate letter:

- Research Degrees
