Sharing your Student Status Letter

You are able to share your Student Status Letter in a number of ways. You can choose to securely share it via Gradintel, download it as a PDF or print it out (printing in colour is recommended).

Please note that the Student Status Letter is the official letter that Queen Mary University of London provides to our students. We do not expect to have to verify its data to third parties and we cannot stamp, seal or wet sign the letter.

Do you need to provide a physical copy of your letter?

You have the ability to print your letter directly from Gradintelligence by printing it as you normally would a PDF document.

Please note that QMUL will not print your letter for you as it is a self-serve document. If you do not have a printer at home, printers are available in the Library.

Do you need to share your letter via Gradintel?

You can share your Student Status Letter with anyone you like. Simply log into your account on Gradintel.com and you will be in your dashboard. You will see your letter on your dashboard. Simply select the 'share' option (to the right of the 'view' button) and follow the steps.

The recipient will receive an email with the subject line 'Gradintelligence Data Access Token' sent from 'Gradintelligence Document Services <documentservices@gradintel.com>'.

You choose how many times your letter can be viewed and how long your link will stay live. You can also set an alert so that you can be notified when your document has been viewed.

When you send your letter, a separate authorisation token is also sent to ensure the safety of your information.
