Whilst studying, there may be times that you require a Status Letter to provide evidence of your status as a student. This can be used for the following purposes:

  • Confirmation of Enrolment
  • Certificate of Attendance

All fully enrolled undergraduate (except MBBS and BDS programmes), taught postgraduate, associate and pre-sessional students will be issued with a digitally signed electronic document via a service supplied by Gradintelligence once they have activated their account.

New Students: For students enrolling for the first time in 2018/19, Gradintelligence will email your university account 24-48 hours after you complete enrolment asking you to activate your account. Once you have done this you will soon be able to access your electronic document.

Current Students: If you have already activated your Gradintelligence account, electronic status letters are being generated and will be released on gradintel.com during the first 4 weeks of term (24th – 19th October 2018). If you have not activated your account then you will receive an activation reminder during this time and will receive access to your letter shortly after your account has been set-up.

Interim Transcript

An interim transcript will list all completed years' modules and their overall grades.

Please note due to provisional results appearing on transcripts whilst they are processed and confirmed at the exam boards, there are periods of time when the Student Enquiry Centre cannot provide transcripts.  These dates are:
Undergraduates (non-MBBS & BDS): 14 May – 11 July 2018
For students taking late summer resits: 28 August – 12 September 2018
Postgraduates †: 14 May – 23 July 2018 and 28 August – 31 October 2018

† Not all Schools and Institutes consider continuing postgraduates’ results in their summer exam boards.  If they do not, we will not be able to provide you with a transcript until the official publication date of 31 October 2018.

Due to a change in the tuition fee debt policy for the BUPT students, I'm afraid the Academic Registry is no longer able to provide transcripts to students on our BUPT programmes. BUPT students need to contact the BUPT JP Administrator staff in the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science for transcript requests: http://www.eecs.qmul.ac.uk/people/admin

Withdrew from Queen Mary?

If you left Queen Mary without having completed your course you can request a transcript from us that will list all of the modules you studied and the marks obtained.

You can either come to the Student Enquiry Centre in person to collect your transcript, or you can request this via email: studentenquiry@qmul.ac.uk. Please note that there may by a £10 charge for this documentation.
