Your University of London degree diploma will be sent to you directly from Stewart House and is normally despatched from September onwards; it will be sent to your home address unless you have specified a separate address for receiving your examination results . Any change in address to which you wish your diploma to be despatched should be sent in writing to the Diploma Production Section, University of London, Stewart House, 32 Russell Square, London, WC1B 5DN. Please include the title of the degree you passed, the year in which you took the degree, your full name and the College at which you studied.
Diplomas will be despatched as soon as possible after receipt of the pass lists in the Diploma Production Office, but the numbers involved are such that it may be up to three months before you receive your diploma.
It you need to confirm your award to a potential employer or another university and cannot wait until your diploma arrives then we can issue a certificate of award for you to use in the mean time. The certificate is stamped and sealed and so it will be accepted as a formal document. To request a transcript and/or certificate of award please complete and return the form below.

Attempt Numbers
Where an attempt number is greater than 1 this indicates a re-sit attempt. The number of re-sit attempts may differ on a programme by programme basis.
Selection Status
- A selection status of ‘ST’ indicates a module was followed on a study only basis and no results are expected.
- A selection status of ‘T’ indicates a transcriptable module and the marks recorded are not used in the calculation of the classification awarded.
Module Mark Schemes
The transcript lists all the modules studied by the student named which contribute towards the overall named award. Study only modules and transcriptable modules (detailed above) are listed on the transcript but do not contribute to the overall award.
Each module will display a percentage mark (to one decimal place) and a module grade. Queen Mary uses a number of mark schemes for different awards and different levels and although many of the grades are the same, there are differences between the qualifying pass marks for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Please see the appropriate mark scheme below for details of individual module marks.
