Criteria:
- Attend mentoring training session as preparation (introductory session).

Actively participate in the Mentoring relationship for the allocated duration of the Scheme.
- Provide feedback and reflection on the experience of the Scheme e.g., updates during the scheme, as required; and submission of a final report at the culmination of the Scheme.
