Criteria:
• Criteria 1: Post School’s ‘Tip of the week’ to student WhatsApp groups each teaching week in the semester.
• Criteria 2: Post at least 4 NSS reminders in Finalist WhatsApp groups during the survey period (as organised by SED Admin Team).
• Criteria 3: Conduct at least 2 Lecture/Workshop shout outs for the NSS during the survey period (as organised by SED Admin Team).
• Criteria 4: Advise students on the basics of the Extenuating Circumstances process in student WhatsApp groups and refer to the SED Student Support Team as appropriate (training will be provided by the SED Student Support Team).
• Criteria 5: Commitment to provide basic support to queries on student WhatsApp groups, referring to SED Admin Team and SED Student Support Team as appropriate.
• Criteria 6: Promote upcoming events to students via WhatsApp groups (as advised by Taught Programmes Manager).
